Loss can feel isolating, shameful, overwhelming, depressing -the list goes on.

In order to move through the pain it helps to be real with ourselves and others.

To grieve aloud.

Grief is the normal and natural emotional reaction to a loss or change of any kind, usually experienced as deep sorrow and other conflicting feelings. Grief is a healthy response to loss...its the pain caused by grief that we want help working out.

Here, you can voice your pain, your triumphs and how the hell you're getting by (or why you're not).

If you're hurting and looking for ways to cope with your grief, I gotchu. Looking to help someone who's in the midst of loss? You found the right place. It is possible to use pain for gain...but not without some guidance.

No judgement. No prescriptions. Just love and a listening ear (and, well, screen!).

Check out the first loss&foundTV interview with Rachel (founder of loss&found) and Bree Melanson, a Spiritual Medium and Healer as they discuss loss and grief from the spiritual perspective.
