Marianne Williamson is one of my all time favourite authors and in this interview with life coach and entrepreneurial guru Marie Forleo, she talks about her new book Tears of Triumph and how our society needs to address sadness and grief in a healthier way.

This is one of the most enlightening videos I watched in my early days of grief.

This movie is an oldy, but a goodie. Warning - its not for the light-hearted and it may contain content that is triggering to some, but if you're in the mood to watch some brilliant cinema depicting folks in grief...this is it.

Starring Benicio Del Toro, Sean Penn and Naomi Watts, the film is named after a scientist's research which recorded a loss of body weight of 21 grams after death - alleged to prove the existence of the immortal huma soul.
