Join J Chavae of We Heal Too and Rachel Ricketts of loss&found for an afternoon immersion into healing our wounds, connecting with self and Spirit and manifesting more joy. Open to all self-identified womyn of colour, this workshop includes guided meditation, wellness + grief coaching, transformational breathwork, intuitive journalling, ayurvedic healing and a juicy yin yoga sequence to help you navigate the journey back home to yourself in the supportive presence of those who get it.

J. Chavae is a spirit who has been guided to help others in the fields of health & wellness. J. helps others by sharing her journey, relaying information, & by expressing herself through the roles she plays such as author, doula, yogi, & Ayurvedic Health Coach. She is also the founder and Executive director for We Heal Too, an organization created to encourage healing for the people via information and representation.

achel aka RayRay is a spiritual healer, grief + wellness coach, yogi, activist and founder of loss&found, an organization helping folks move through challenging times and manifest more joy through connection with Self + Spirit. Through workshops, e-courses, retreats and articles she educates people on the grief we all have and will experience - be it from oppression, death, heartbreak, burnout, loss of self or the like - and guides them to living a life in and on purpose.
