In this fully integrated workout and wellness workshop, boxing trainer and co-founder of All City Athletics, Anna Farrant, and intuitive wellness coach, spiritual activist and founder of loss&found, Rachel Ricketts take you through a moving meditation to cleanse and re- calibrate your mind, body + spirit.

Feel the Burn is comprised of guided reflection + exploration to help learn about and unpack the burnout caused by the sh*t life throws your way, followed by cathartic boxing sequences and breathwork to help you shift it up and out. You'll leave feeling strong, serene and ready to face your ish.
