For folks in need of nurturing, practical and effective help moving through the pain of loss and grief of all forms, join me for Lightening the Loss. This 10-week, self-guided course can help you minimize the pain of grief and utilize this crappy experience as the doorway into grace. It's never too early or too late to address whatever grief may be unearthed within you.

Lightening the Loss was designed to support grievers moving through any kind of loss, at any stage. You'll get practical coaching, tools and resources for helping you heal your heart and support from peers who "get it." Because sharing is motherfucking caring...especially when it comes to loss + grief.

  • Nurturing guidance to help honour and minimize your pain;
  • Weekly straight-forward exercises and worksheets to help you heal your heart (created to accommodate those experiencing decreased attention + motivation);

THE RUNDOWN:

  • Starting November 12th you'll receive an email every Sunday eve with curated content to help you dive into your loss, face the dark and embrace the light. Think worksheets, meditations, yoga postures, recipes and a host of simple tips and tools to help you from the comfort of your own home.
  • You'll get 1 online group breathwork session and 1 online group grief support + coaching session. All sessions are video calls hosted on Zoom and focus on fostering community and shared experience, while offering practical exercises to move through pain. You can engage as much or as little as you like (or skip altogether!).
  • All participants also have the option to book 1 personal intuitive grief coaching session at any available time during the 10 week course (and for a week afterward) to help you through a worksheet and/or anything weighing on your heart.
  • Grief is complex and we all need different things to help us get by. This is a self-directed course so everything in Leaning Into Loss is an offering...take + partake in what resonates, leave or omit the rest. Get through grief on your own terms.

What's THE INVESTMENt?

There are 2 options* for investing in your online grief support:

1) One full payment of $500 ($115 saving); or

2) 3 monthly payments of $215. Your first month's payment is due upon registration and acts as your deposit, then monthly payments will automatically process on the same date for 2 months thereafter. 

This e-course contains over $3,000 in personalized coaching and grief support so, if I do say so myself, it's a gosh dang steal!

WEEK #2 (NOV 19) – GETTING PRESENT TO OUR GRIEF: GUIDED MEDITATION (VIDEO)

  • takeaways: you'll practice exercising mindfulness as a means to help you stay in the present moment (as opposed to the past or future), one of the best ways to minimize pain

WEEK #3 (NOV 26) – GROUP COACHING CALL (LIVE VIDEO CALL)

  • takeaways: you'll get intuitive grief coaching from yours truly, have an opportunity to ask any personal questions and meet + learn from other dope folks who are also dealing with loss + grief

WEEK #4 (DEC 3) – SETTING HEALTHY BOUNDARIES: CAN I GET A HELL YES WORKSHEET

  • takeaways: you'll learn how to put yourself first, set healthy boundaries with people and places in order to reduce strife, and focus energy on the things that bring you joy
