Mindfulness is one of the most promising practices to help minimize pain. Getting out of your head and into your heart can be a literal life-saver when you're caught up in the throes of loss and grief.

I've teamed up with the incredible team at Moment Meditation to bring you a quick FREE meditation to help guide you through loss and grief of all sorts. Whether you're new to meditation or long-time practitioner seeking something fresh and insightful, this meditation is for you. Peep it below:

Whether it's the end of a relationship, a job, or the loss of a loved one; we encounter grief in many different ways. Join us as we unpack the forms and causes of loss/grief, dive into sacred spaces with the support of grief coaching and peer support, and heal our hearts with guided meditation.
